 | We made a flying visit to Palmerston North last week to gravel band the events quadrant of Palmerston North square at the heart of the city. Arriving on Friday we were home by Sunday. Job done! Palmerston North City Council Leisure Assets Manager, Brian Way, says this week’s rain has already shown the benefits of the new secondary drainage in the events quadrant, compared with other parts of the square. “That quadrant is pretty dry compared to the rest. We are pretty happy with the result”. |
