We are seeking an experienced sports turf professional to help establish and lead our operations in Christchurch. This is a key role for a motivated person who enjoys working on the tools but also has the capability and ambition to grow a regional operation. Initially, this role will be hands-on and operational, assisting with sports turf construction and renovation projects across Christchurch and the wider region. We are seeking an experienced Sports Turf Operator with 5+ years’ experience to join our expanding South Island operations. Initially you’ll be working alongside our Wellington-based construction team to deliver a major sports field renewal project in central Christchurch, beginning January 2026. You’ll then be working independently to manage the grow-in phase. We have a role for a motivated and reliable Groundsman to join our sports turf team, primarily looking after the playing fields at Wellington College.
