Consultation
Irrigation systems are purpose-built to meet clients’ individual requirements. During the consultation phase, our irrigation experts will consider all factors, including water source, flow rates and ground conditions, as well as the desired outcomes, in order to recommend the best irrigation solution for the site. Design Good design underpins Mexteds’ philosophy of doing the job right first time. We offer a full irrigation design service. Mexteds uses the best irrigation equipment available for quality results that will last. Product recommendations can be tailored to meet clients’ budgets, as well as site conditions. Installation Irrigation lines are laid using a mole plough or wheel trencher, depending on the required depth and pipe size. Controllers are installed to allow the irrigation system to operate automatically, and today’s technology also enables remote operation via a cell phone app. Temporary irrigation Temporary irrigation systems are used to assist in the establishment of newly sown areas, where clients may not wish to install a permanent irrigation system. Our above-ground pipeline sprinkler system offers flexibility and can be configured as required. Mexteds is able to supply and install up to 2.5 hectares of temporary irrigation lines and irripods. The system is fully automated using battery-powered timers. As-builts Accurate as-built plans are an important part of the completion of a sports field drainage and irrigation project. Using survey technology, Mexteds is able to offer comprehensive as-built plans for future identification of irrigation systems and client records. |
